Cats according to Sam

Coffee filter Sam picked up with random handwriting.  He turned it into something you would keep.  He said he's giving it to me. These are Cats according to Sam.

Healing by Shirae

Beginning of 2011 my heart got broken. It's 2014 and I could say, I have come a long way.  Thank you God.  In His time, my heart will be whole again. I am sharing this because little by little I am witnessing how God is changing my life and my heart since that day.  This image, since I have seen it, it has just become a spark of hope for me.  Only today I learned that its title is, Healing.

The Lord has risen, we are saved

Let the cross be a reminder that He died so that we might live.

100%

A friend gave that advice to me last year (?) and I couldn't forget that ever since: decide, accept, move.  It's only now I get what she means by it.

I incorporated her advice to my present motivational statement, "100%"

Yes, not 99% nor 101%... 100% it is - in every decision, action, effort, belief, affirmation, etc. etc. etc, simply, in everything.

A&M's Fab Finds logo

A very dear friend asked me to create a logo for her upcoming online shop. How could I say no? I am so happy for her. Kudos to this business venture and it's a very brave and positive move for her. Great job! ;) Visit her shop.

Take a look. Read it. :)

First project for 2013 - updated

This is the design I was working on in the beginning of the month. After two weeks, they had a slight revision on the actual design.

They want it blue. Here's the final version. :)

My cup of tea

I've decided to go back to drinking tea for two reasons: I feel like I'm always in the mood to be creative; and, I feel I have better disposition when I drink it

I'd drink anything as long it's not fragrant.
Here are some of the benefits of tea.

Habits

I read before that it takes 21 days to form or break a habit and I have not forgotten that ever since.

In 2011, I gave it a shot. I started being so general about it until it became more specific later on.

From I would change my life to I would change my lifestyle to I would change my routines to I would change my habits; until, I asked, What specific habit did I want to change?

My illustrated list
...
...
...

To learn to say NO - one habit at a time.

No to bad sleeping habits (It was a struggle because I was a nocturnal.)
No to cigarettes (I admit, it was the hardest.)
No to cursing/swearing (...or at least lessen it.)
No to drinking too much (It was easy.)
No to negative self-talk (Hard yet doable. I'll get there.)
No to instant and too much coffee (I'm sleepy all the time but it's fine.)
No to stress (It just means I must learn how to handle it with ease and grace.)
No to resigning (OSRP is my 5th, that explains it.)

How about you, what habit would you like to form or break? Why not try the 21 days and see what happens? It just might work for you, too. Who knows? :)

Goodnight

I liked it a lot so I made my own version (see below)
I was in the mood to be creative tonight. If you like it, feel free to get it. :)
