The lovebirds and the lotus

While strolling in Tiendesitas, I found these two lovely paintings painted on leaves. I couldn't resist, I bought two.

I bought the lovebirds for the detail and the color and these days, I really enjoy nature and they somewhat symbolize freedom and love for me. And this will be given to to lovebirds we know, Hazel and Marvine.

For the lotus, it was kept in a box, the person who assisted me just shown me everything in that box and there was the lotus painting.

I loved it. It's very significant to meditation and yoga.

Like a lotus flower that grows out of the mud and blossoms above the muddy water surface, we can rise above our defilements and sufferings of life.
